These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our email authentication monitoring platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Important: If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 16 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Use our services to send spam or malicious content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
Domain Ownership
By adding a domain to our platform, you represent that you own or have authorization to manage that domain. We reserve the right to request verification and remove unauthorized domains.
5. Subscription & Payment
Our free Starter plan is provided as-is with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan with 30 days notice.
- Billing: Subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment: Major credit cards and PayPal accepted. Enterprise: invoicing available
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price Changes: 30 days notice before any price increases
- Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (added at checkout)
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Annual plans may receive prorated refunds for unused months upon request.

We commit to the following service levels based on your plan:

7. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The DDMARC platform, including software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services according to these Terms.
Your Data
You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the services. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Liability Cap
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee prevention of all spoofing or phishing attacks
9. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice when possible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ends. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, we may delete your data.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@ddmarc.com. For Enterprise customers, binding arbitration may be available as specified in your contract.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: Unenforceable provisions don't affect the rest
- Waiver: Failure to enforce doesn't waive future rights
- Assignment: You may not assign without consent
