Frequently Asked Questions
When am I billed?
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. You're charged based on the total number of active domains across all customers.
How are domains counted?
We count unique verified domains across all your customer accounts. Unverified domains are not counted. Subdomains of a verified domain are free.
What if a customer leaves?
When you remove a customer or their domains, they're immediately removed from your billable count starting the next billing cycle.
Can I change tiers mid-month?
With flat-rate pricing at $2.99 per active domain, there are no tiers to manage. Your bill is simply based on the number of active domains during the billing period.
Do customers see pricing?
No. All billing is handled between you and DDMARC. Customers never see pricing information—you set your own pricing for your customers.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum domain count. You pay $2.99 per active domain per month—only domains that receive DMARC reports are charged. No long-term contract required—pay month-to-month based on usage.
